From WOXY.com... Swagger Launch Party In Chicago! If you're a WOXY.COM fan in Chicago, you may want to head down to Subterranean on 2011 W. North Ave this WEDNESDAY, February 23rd around 9pm. Swagger is a new zine in town and they're holding their launch party around 9pm. You can pick up your hot off the press copy of the first issue and have a chance to win prizes.
